Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order, we may not offer a full refund or exchange. Maven stands behind it’s 100% satisfaction guarantee and is always willing to work out pricing adjustment or exchange of items where possible. Please call our toll-free number to initiate a return, refund, exchange or adjustment.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in reasonable condition. If the majority of item(s) are heavily used or damaged, a refund or exchange may not be issued. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Some items containing fluid or safety seals will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if they have been used or have damaged safety seals.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase verification.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will call you or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 to 3 business days.


We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. To qualify for item exchange you must report damaged goods within 7 days of your order.

Maven may provide options for return shipping, such as pickup or return labels. In some cases these options may not be available. Please call our office to determine available options for your product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a shipping service with parcel tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
